helping design a self-custody structure
guiding hardware selection
supporting wallet setup
supporting backup and recovery planning
guiding safe withdrawal from custodians or exchanges
helping you understand and operate your setup
What we do not do
Arise Bitcoin does not provide:
financial advice
investment advice
legal advice
tax advice
accounting advice
trading advice
recommendations to buy, sell, or hold Bitcoin
support for other cryptocurrencies, NFTs, or speculative trading
Our services relate to custody, setup, structure, and operational understanding.
No financial advice
Nothing on this website or provided through our services is financial advice.
You are solely responsible for decisions relating to buying, selling, holding, transferring, or securing Bitcoin.
You should seek independent financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice where appropriate.
Your responsibility
You remain responsible for:
your Bitcoin
your devices
your wallets
your backups
your seed phrases
your private keys
your passwords
your transactions
your decisions
We help you understand and improve your setup, but you remain in control at all times.
Security boundaries
You must not provide us with:
seed phrases
private keys
wallet passwords
exchange passwords
full account access details
anything that allows access to your Bitcoin
If you choose to share sensitive information against this guidance, you do so at your own risk.
No guarantee of outcome
Bitcoin self-custody involves risk.
We aim to help you reduce risk through better structure, planning, and understanding. We do not guarantee that any setup is immune from loss, theft, user error, device failure, third-party failure, or other risks.
Transactions
Bitcoin transactions are irreversible.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all transactions before they are broadcast.
We are not responsible for Bitcoin sent to the wrong address, incorrect transaction amounts, network fees, delays, or irreversible mistakes made by you.
Hardware and third-party products
Hardware, software, wallets, exchanges, and other tools are provided by third parties.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, hardware is purchased separately by you so that you own it directly.
We are not responsible for defects, outages, security issues, policy changes, or failures by third-party providers.
Fees and payment
Fees will be agreed before paid work begins.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are for our time, expertise, planning, and support. Hardware, software, third-party services, and transaction fees are not included.
Refunds
Refunds, if any, will be assessed based on the nature of the service provided and applicable Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue the website or services at any time.
We are not liable if the website or booking system is unavailable.
Intellectual property
Website content, wording, structure, branding, and materials are owned by Arise Bitcoin or used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our materials without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arise Bitcoin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic loss arising from your use of the website or services.
